💲 Starting Pay: $14/hour (Performance-Based Raise After 3 Months)

We are hiring a Shop Helper to join our team in Pelham. This is an entry-level position with no experience required. If you are dependable, willing to learn, and want to gain hands-on skills, we will train you.

Our company builds and customizes mobile business units, including food trailers, retail trailers, and specialty mobile setups for customers across the country.

• Assist technicians with shop projects
   
• Organize tools and materials
   
• Help maintain a clean and safe work environment
   
• Support fabrication and installation tasks as directed
   
• Perform general shop and yard duties
   

• Reliable and punctual
   
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
   
• Comfortable working in a shop environment
   
• Ability to lift materials and stay active during the workday
   
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
   

• Starting pay $14/hour
   
• Performance-based raise after 3 months
   
• Consistent schedule Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM
